The Role
Walkers is currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Associate to join its highly regarded and market leading Asset and Aviation Finance Group in Dublin. Our award winning practice is a recognised leader in its field and you will join a dynamic, experienced and growing team of leading lawyers. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters representing top tier clients located in Ireland as well as globally. You will work closely with our partners and associates in advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers and private equity groups on the most innovative and complex multi-jurisdictional asset and aviation finance and leasing transactions in the market. Your work will be high quality, interesting and challenging. The Person
We are seeking qualified lawyers who are 2-7 years post qualification and who ideally have prior experience in asset and aviation finance in a recognised practice however, we would welcome interest from lawyers with general finance, banking and project finance experience. We are open to hearing from those current practicing in Ireland or those interested in returning or relocating to Ireland. Additionally we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

- A high level of commercial and business awareness
- A calm and measured approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
