The Role

WPS is currently seeking a Corporate Services Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team in Dublin. In this role, you will work with a senior manager to oversee the compliance and regulatory obligations of our transactions and assist with the delivery of internal projects. Duties & Responsibilities

 

You will have a broad range of responsibilities including:

 

  • Assist with the management of the quarterly board meeting cycle for a large number of SPV's;
  • Monitor regulatory and compliance deliverables and assist with ensuring these deliverables are met;
  • Prepare reports and presentations to assist the management team;
  • Assist with the delivery of internal projects and initiatives;
  • Ensure that key transaction data is recorded and kept up-to-date on internal records;
  • Oversee the administration of various data bases including internal data bases and external banking platforms;
  • Assist with various company secretarial tasks including company incorporations, annual compliance, filings including annual returns with the Companies Registration Office and other ad hoc duties;
  • Arrange board meeting logistics including agreeing board calendars, sending calendar invitations and diarising agreed dates with Board of Directors;
  • Assist the senior management with various administrative tasks, including arranging events, client meetings etc.;
  • Assist the team with managing disbursements and invoicing clients;
  • Demonstrates awareness and understanding of legal or regulatory developments and proactively seeks to ensure that the team is positioned to address those challenges;
  • compliance with internal policies and procedures, while actively contributing to process improvements within the team

Knowledge & Experience

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant legal, financial services or corporate administration role is essential;
  • A university law or business graduate, with an excellent academic background;
  • A desire to work in a client facing environment where delivery of a professional service to both clients and other counterparties is of key importance;
  • Strong communication skills, an ability to think on their feet, excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential for this multi-client role;
  • Completion of or currently studying for the company secretarial qualification (Grad ICSA) would be an advantage;
  • Experience with Viewpoint, Power BI and Oracle would be useful, but it is not essential.
  • Conscientious, organised and a team player who can work on their own and as part of a wider team; and
  • Enthusiastic in nature, with a real interest in learning and developing their skills.
