The Role
Following a period of tremendous growth Walkers is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Listing Agent to join our Listing team. The successful applicant will join one of the leading Irish listing agents and to become a key member of this well-renowned team. Responsibilities
- Managing listing applications on behalf of our international client base, from initial advice through to final approval;
- Attending to a wide variety of debt submissions including securitisation products, Eurobonds, MTN programmes and Islamic finance/sukuk;
- Primarily responsible for submissions to the Central Bank of Ireland/Euronext Dublin, with a view to developing experience across additional international listing venues;
- Daily tasks will include preparation of listing submissions e.g. reviewing and annotating listing documents against the relevant disclosure rules, completing listing application forms, drafting omission letters, and collating client KYC;
- Interpreting and managing comment sheets from the exchange/regulator and liaising with clients with respect to same;
- Obtaining identifier codes on behalf of clients (ISIN, CFI, FISN and LEI codes);
- Assisting with continuing obligations queries from clients;
- Managing billing and ongoing administration tasks associated with clients;
- Opportunity to become involved in the marketing/business development of our listing service; and
- Generally becoming a key member of the team responsible for maintaining the excellent standard of service clients receive from Walkers.
Education, Skills & Experience
Ideally you will have:
- At least two years’ experience working in a listing advisor role within a law firm, stock exchange or regulator;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience managing client expectations.
