Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
AEOI Administrator
Walkers Corporate Limited
Salary Range US$65,000 – US$75,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AEOI Administrator to join our Reporting Services team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the AEOI team in meeting client reporting obligations under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
This role is focused on supporting the efficient delivery of AEOI services through accurate record keeping, document management, client communication, and regulatory reporting support. The AEOI Administrator will work closely with team members to ensure reporting deadlines are met, client information is maintained to a high standard, and internal procedures are followed consistently. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative and client-focused environment while supporting departmental and organizational objectives. Other ad hoc responsibilities may be assigned by Senior Management from time to time.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, compliance, corporate services, or financial services role
- Knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) reporting requirements is desirable
- Experience maintaining accurate client records, data management systems, and regulatory documentation
- Demonstrated ability to collect, review, and organize client documentation, including self-certifications and tax forms
- Experience liaising with clients and responding to routine queries in a professional and timely manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to monitor reporting deadlines and support timely regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and responsive client service
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance AEOI knowledge
Compensation Data
