Overview of role

We are seeking a detail-oriented AEOI Executive to join our middle office team, primarily supporting the portfolio of SPV clients. This role will involve assisting with FATCA/CRS due diligence, preparing reporting files, and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and eager to build technical knowledge in international regulatory reporting.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Assist with FATCA and CRS onboarding, due diligence, and client classification.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring data is accurate and complete for reporting purposes.
  • Support VPs and Managers in the review and submission of AEOI filings.
  • Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to gather information for SPV clients.
  • Conduct routine checks and reconciliations of data prior to submission.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to senior team members for guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of middle-office processes and controls

Education, Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in financial services, compliance, or regulatory reporting (AEOI experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client and regulatory data.
  • Good understanding of financial structures, ideally with exposure to SPVs.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Compensation Data
