WPS seeks dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our growing Agile Team. The Opportunity:

  • Shape the Future: You'll play a pivotal role in one of our key business divisions, working with subject matter experts to drive innovation and streamline our ways of working; leveraging your expertise to develop efficient solutions and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Global Exposure, Local Expertise: Initially based in our Cayman Islands headquarters, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of WPS lines of business through rotations across multiple teams. After 24 months, you'll transition to a dedicated client portfolio, with the possibility of relocation to the Americas, Europe, Middle East, or Asia (subject to business needs).

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate services, corporate governance, compliance & regulatory, fiduciary or a related field, with a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape.
  • Agile Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Client Focus: Building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations are your top priorities. You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ambition & Teamwork: Driven by success, you excel in both collaborative and independent work settings.

 

Education, Skills & Experience

  • A professional qualification which may include ACAMs, ICSA ACA, ACCA, CA, CFA or be a Chartered Tax professional (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (preferably finance, business, law, risk management)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

WPS offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be in the range of US$85,000.00 to US$110,000.00.
