Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
Corporate Services Administrator
Salary Range US$75,000 - US$85,000
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships, ensuring all corporate records, filings, and client matters are managed accurately and efficiently in accordance with Company policies and regulatory requirements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with corporate administration experience to further develop their career within a professional services environment. The Corporate Services Administrator will support the corporate team while working closely with attorneys, clients, external service providers, and internal departments to deliver high-quality corporate administration services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
Education, Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum of 3 years' corporate services experience
- Strong understanding of company and partnership administration
- Experience preparing and filing corporate documents with government agencies
- Ability to interpret board and shareholder resolutions and maintain accurate corporate records
- Experience maintaining corporate databases and administration systems; ViewPoint experience is highly desirable
- Understanding of due diligence and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines and take initiative in managing responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
