The individual will be responsible for the review of business as assigned by the Manager, the administration of companies and partnerships in accordance with Company policy and such other responsibilities.
Corporate Services Executives are required to be responsible for the administration of their own large portfolio of companies and partnerships, working closely with the relevant responsible attorneys within Walkers.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- To deal with day to day correspondence and administrative matters from attorneys, clients and external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio of companies and partnerships, originating responses and updating and providing registers and documents as required
- To prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies
- To interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and update the corporate records accordingly
- To maintain the client database including ViewPoint, where relevant, in relation to the assigned portfolio and to assist with the ongoing task of maintaining the database's integrity
- To conduct due diligence in respect of new directors and shareholders in liaison with the Compliance Department
- To review all invoices in relation to the portfolio and liaise with the client regarding payment of the same
- Such other tasks as Management or the Directors may request from time to time
Education, Skills & Experience
- The individual must hold a high school diploma. Part or fully qualified ICSA preferred, and/or an undergraduate degree in a business related subject.
- Solid Corporate Administration experience is required.
- Individual must be professional
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- The ability to operate with strictest of confidentiality
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
- Reliability essential

- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and operate on their own initiative.
Compensation Data
WPS offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, 5 weeks' vacation, pension and fully covered health insurance. Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
