Overview of role

Based in Cayman, the Fiduciary Services Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the administration of a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Assisting with client on-boarding, KYC requests, application for GIIN's and completion of US tax forms;
- Preparing for execution and distribution and filing of corporate documents with government agencies;
- To interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and update the corporate records accordingly
- Maintaining and organising Cayman and Onshore transaction documents in Filesite;
- Inputting relevant transaction data into relevant systems;
- Scanning/filing/saving correspondence and documents into relevant electronic or physical client files;
- Updating and ongoing maintenance of share/subordinated note registers;
- Assisting with the invoicing process and collection of receivables;
- Monitoring and preparation of annual compliance certificates;
- Assist with the completion of pre and post-closing checklists;
- File set-up/close-out of files; and
- Handling any other administrative tasks/ad-hoc projects as directed by the Senior Vice President/Vice President/Assistant Vice President.
Education, Skills & Experience
- The individual must hold a minimum of a high school diploma with a minimum of three years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Individual must be professional
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work productively in a team
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to keep confidential all documents, materials and other information
Compensation Data
Walkers offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, 5 weeks' vacation, pension and fully covered health insurance. Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
