Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

Fiduciary Services Executive

Salary range US$70,000 – US$95,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of fiduciary structures, including companies, partnerships, funds, and trusts. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of client entities, from onboarding through to transaction closing, including managing KYC processes, GIIN applications, and U.S. tax documentation, while ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.

 

You will play a key role in reviewing new business opportunities and transaction documentation, identifying and escalating structural or deal-related issues, and liaising directly with clients and external counsel to meet tight deadlines. Working closely with directors, you will assist with board pack preparation, financial statement review, and meeting readiness, while also preparing and executing corporate and transaction documents and maintaining accurate corporate records and minute books.

 

This position requires a strong focus on governance, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining internal systems and client files, preparing transaction structure charts, managing billing and receivables for your portfolio, and ensuring regulatory requirements are consistently met. In addition, you will contribute to process improvements, support pre- and post-closing activities, assist with training junior staff, and take ownership of various administrative and project-based tasks to support the wider team.

 

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of four years’ experience in fiduciary, fund services, corporate services, or financial services
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or a relevant degree in law or finance preferred
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to quality
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation Data

Walkers Professional Services offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance-based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation.
