We are looking for client-focused professionals, who are adept at providing responsive and high quality client service in a dynamic organisation. The Priority Client Team Manager is responsible for managing a small team of Corporate Services Executives and Administrators while ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions are delivered to meet the unique needs of a portfolio of platinum clients while working closely with the relevant responsible attorneys within Walkers as well as WPS senior management.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Management of a team of Corporate Services Executives and Administrators each of whom manages their own portfolios
- Management of the day to day correspondence and administrative matters from attorneys, clients and external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio of companies and partnerships, originating responses and updating and providing registers and documents as required
- Overseeing the preparation and filing of corporate documents with government agencies
- Supporting team members interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements so that corporate records are updated accordingly
- Maintenance of the client database including ViewPoint, where relevant, in relation to the assigned portfolio and assist with the ongoing task of maintaining the database's integrity
- Conduct due diligence in respect of new directors and shareholders in liaison with the Compliance Department
- Support the Billing team with queries on invoices in relation to the portfolio and liaise with the client as may be required from time to time
- Such other tasks as Management or the Directors may require

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct annual appraisals of team members including completion of supporting documentation
- Assist with the recruitment of new team members
- Serve as a team leader and champion for organizational initiatives and projects
- Assist with the delivery of corporate services projects on-time, on budget, and to a high quality
- Develops leadership presence with management support at the department level
- Manage the resources available effectively to meet planned objectives for initiatives

Education, Skills & Experience
- Professional designation or undergraduate degree or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant corporate administration experience.
- Experience of Viewpoint corporate administration software highly desirable.
- Individual must be a consummate professional
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Has the ability to operate with strictest of confidentiality
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task

Compensation Data
