At Walkers Professional Services (WPS) we develop knowledgeable and highly competent administrators as part of our WPS Development Programme. Our tailored professional development course is designed to ensure participants acquire a broad and flexible professional services skillset leading to limitless opportunities for career progression within the corporate services sector.
What you gain from the WPS Development Programme:
- Practical experience gained under the supervision of subject matter experts in Corporates Services, followed by two other rotations in either Regulatory Reporting Services, Fiduciary Services or AML Services
- Knowledge and skills to allow you operate as a well-rounded high performing administrator in a world-class professional services business
- Mentorship from leaders throughout WPS
- Participants are eligible for sponsorship and encouraged to undertake a professionally recognised industry qualification.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Energy, drive and a strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm to learn, adapt and take on new challenges
- Detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and dependable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Basic competency level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The successful candidate(s) will have
- Strong academic results; Ideally an Associate degree or equivalent
- 2 years prior administrative experience, preferably within a professional environment.
Compensation Data
At Walkers Professional Services we foster a supportive work environment that promotes and celebrates achievements. Walkers offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, including a discretionary performance based bonus, pension, fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience with a base salary range starting at US$50,000.00 per year.
