The WPS Development Programme 'WDP' is a tailored professional development programme designed to ensure our people acquire a broad and flexible professional services skillset. Through our WPS Development Programme (WDP), we provide trainees with a well-rounded understanding of WPS, in turn developing technically strong and highly competent administrators.

What you'll do

  • Trainees will spend 3-6 months in each of our services lines in order to gain admin level experience and a thorough understanding of each area.

Education, Skills & Experience

Who we are looking for

  • Highly motivated individuals 
  • Enthusiasm to learn, adapt and take on new challenges 
  • Detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills 
  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong relationship building skills at all staff levels 
  • Basic competency level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • A minimum of IGCSE or CXC passes in Maths and English at Level 2 Honours 
  • Two years prior administrative experience, within a professional environment preferred 

Compensation Data

Starting salary US$50,000.00 per year.
