Based in Cayman, the Reporting Services Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Beneficial Ownership team in meeting client reporting obligations under the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act. This role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating document collection and review, assisting with data entry and filing processes, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Reviewing and processing of BO classifications and ensuring Walkers internal database is correctly updated.
  • For transferred in entities assist with collecting and inputting BO classification into our database.
  • Monitoring various inboxes and responding to enquiries regarding BO
  • Creating Beneficial Ownership Registers upon request for internal and external clients
  • Generating invoices where required
  • Requesting updated BO information where required and updating internal trackers / databases as appropriate.
  • Reporting statistics on a weekly basis to the Team Leader.
  • Assist with regular data quality checks on the BO data.
  • Assisting with the monthly filings to Registry via the CAP filings. 
  • Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and supporting documents in line with internal policies.
  • Support senior staff in preparing management reports, trackers, and internal updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Beneficial Ownership team as required.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, compliance, or financial services role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Beneficial Ownership is advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Compensation Data
