Overview of role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

 

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Process and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare and post month-end postings.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Reconcile inter-office balances.
  • Participate in the budget process.
  • Assist with external audits.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
  • Process and post monthly intercompany bills.
  • Handle accounting queries.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance environment.
  • Additional certification (CPA, ACCA) or working towards it is advantageous.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Aderant knowledge is desirable.
