Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

Senior Vice President

Fiduciary – Structured Finance

Salary range US$150,000 - US$200,000

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Vice President – Structured Finance to join our growing team, taking a lead role in the execution and oversight of complex transactions, including CLOs, CFOs, and note issuance structures. This role blends technical expertise with client leadership, managing a portfolio of entities while acting as a trusted advisor to investment managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders. You will drive transactions from structuring through to close, leading documentation review, resolving issues, and coordinating closely with legal counsel, auditors, and service providers.

In parallel, you will uphold strong governance and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands requirements (BO, ES, AML/AEOI), while maintaining operational excellence across billing, data integrity, and lifecycle management. A key contributor to growth, you will also support business development by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to winning proposals.

You will bring deep structured finance expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to mentor junior team members while delivering best-in-class client service.

Education, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ACA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in financial services, with significant exposure to structured finance and demonstrated experience operating at Director level, ideally within the Cayman Islands.
• Deep technical expertise in structured finance products, corporate governance, and offshore regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development, with the ability to originate and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness, coupled with sound commercial judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with systems such as Viewpoint, Oracle, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
