Team Manager

 

Corporate Services

 

Salary Range US$115,000 – US$125,000

 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Manager within our Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Corporate Services professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of corporate administration services while maintaining high standards of client service, compliance, and operational excellence.

 

This is a leadership-focused role requiring a strong understanding of corporate services and corporate governance, combined with proven people management capabilities. The Team Manager will oversee team performance, workload allocation, client service delivery, and the development of team members, while acting as a key liaison between senior management and the team. The successful candidate will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture and support the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives. Other ad hoc responsibilities may be assigned by Senior Management from time to time.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Professional designation, undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate services.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of corporate administration, corporate governance, and regulatory filing requirements
  • Experience managing client relationships and handling correspondence with attorneys, clients, and service providers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team capacity, allocate resources, and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ViewPoint corporate administration software is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and lead departmental initiatives and projects
