Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

Vice President

Fiduciary – Bespoke 

Salary Range US$130,000 – US$165,000

We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President to join our Bespoke team. You will manage a portfolio of companies and lead the execution and administration of a high volume of complex fiduciary and administrative transactions, delivering best-in-class client service. Acting in a fiduciary capacity, you will serve as a director, manager, or officer across a range of fund, corporate, and bespoke trust structures, ensuring all fiduciary duties and governance obligations are met.

You will work closely with attorneys, investment managers, auditors, and other stakeholders to onboard new business, review transaction documentation, identify and escalate structural issues, and drive transactions to completion within tight timelines. The role includes chairing board meetings, reviewing and approving financial statements, preparing fee proposals, and supporting new business acceptance processes. You will also oversee billing and receivables, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records across internal systems throughout the transaction lifecycle.

In addition, you will contribute to strengthening internal controls, identifying and mitigating risk, mentoring junior team members, and supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements as part of the global Walkers Professional Services team.

Education, Skills & Experience

• Professional qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or legal qualification) preferred, with a relevant degree in business, law, or finance
• Registered or eligible to register as a CIMA-registered director under the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in fiduciary or financial services
• Proven experience with fund, corporate, or trust structures (CIMA-regulated entities, unit trusts, or insurance structures advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Experience reviewing transaction documents and managing complex deals under tight timelines
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and support business development initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and interpret financial information
• Experience managing billing, receivables, and operational processes
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
