Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
Vice President
Fiduciary – Structured Finance
Salary range US$130,000 – US$165,000
We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President to join our Structured Finance team, responsible for managing a portfolio of client entities while delivering high-quality fiduciary services across complex structures, including CLOs, CFOs, note issuers, and DPRs. Acting as director on these structures, you will take ownership of transaction execution, from document review through to resolution of deal-related matters, while building strong relationships with clients, investment managers, and other stakeholders.
This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus. You will play a key part in driving new business and cross-selling across the wider platform, working closely with global legal teams and internal stakeholders to enhance client delivery and support strategic growth. Alongside this, you will ensure robust compliance with Cayman regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records across the transaction lifecycle, and oversee billing and risk management, all while contributing to team development and operational excellence.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in financial services, with demonstrated experience acting as a director on Cayman entities or similar structures
- Strong technical knowledge of structured finance products and corporate governance, with a solid understanding of Cayman regulatory frameworks (AML, AEOI, BO, ES)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and administer complex fiduciary structures, including share trustee mandates
- Track record of supporting business development, including new client onboarding, cross-selling, and proposal preparation
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience overseeing billing, receivables, and identifying operational or regulatory risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with Viewpoint, Oracle, or similar systems advantageous
