Overview of role

The Finance Support Administrator will provide efficient and effective service to all Walkers clients, either face to face or via the telephone.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

  • Process Accounts payable entries (non-confidential payments) and all AP payments.
  • Record Management Service Fee payments and postings.
  • Credit card reconciliation and payments.
  • Process New payor forms.
  • Processing wire transfer requests

 

BILLING

  • Managing and processing the monthly billing throughout the month and at the month end meeting requisite criteria and deadlines
  • Completing reversals and edits as requested
  • Assist and respond to billing and system enquiries.
  • Creating retainer invoices and maintenance of manual templates
  • Managing the AR processes of invoices and trust invoices

 

OTHER

  • Assist with audit inquiries.
  • Assist and test new processes and system developments and implementations.

Education, Skills & Experience

Associate's degree in Business Administration (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; two or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
