Overview of role
Due to global growth of the firm, we are currently looking to hire a diligent and hardworking Resourcing Assistant with outstanding attention to detail in our London office. The successful individual will support our Senior London based Resourcing team members and provide administrative support, including interview coordination, globally across our ten offices
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Providing resourcing administrative support across both Business Services and Fee Earning recruitment
- Assisting with the preparation of job advertisements and advertising both internally and externally; utilising local job boards as and when required
- Managing advertisements and updating accordingly
- Logging and managing CVs on ATS in line with recruitment polices and procedures
- Taking ownership of global interview scheduling for the London based Senior Resourcing team; arranging and scheduling assessments and interviews across multiple time zones; in-person and via Teams
- Managing Recruitment inbox and dealing with queries or redirecting when appropriate
- Providing feedback to candidates or third parties in a timely manner
- Accurately preparing first drafts of employment contracts for the London office
- Drafting and issuing RSAs to new recruitment suppliers and managing global PSL
- Logging Job Descriptions and all other relevant documents on iManage
- Organising iManage folders and keeping records up to date
- Become a 'champion' of the ATS, ensuring it is kept up to date at all times for data purposes
- Assisting with the preparation of any team documentation such as PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets or Visio
- Generally providing administrative support to team for any project related work as and when required.
Education, Skills & Experience
The candidate will require the following relevant knowledge and experience:
Essential
- Previous recruitment, HR or administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritising multiple and conflicting tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal commutation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of or an interest in the recruitment process and legal sector
Desirable
- Previous experience dealing with an ATS would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a global organisation and an understanding of different time zones would be useful

- Work in a flexible manner and respond to changing circumstances and emergency situations; this requires a willingness to occasionally work outside normal working hours when required
