Overview of role

Office: This role is available in either the Cayman office or London office.

The role of Risk Operations Administrator sit in the firm's Office of General Counsel and encompasses operational risk and business protection work. The role will act as key support to the firm's Risk Operations Manager and Director of In-House Legal.

The Office of General Counsel Team is expanding in size and remit, so this is an opportunity to play an important part in supporting an evolving function and the wider firm's business initiatives.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

  • Supporting on business protection matters such as client driven due diligence and vendor management
  • Playing a key role in the firm's external information requests process
  • Supporting the Risk Operations Manager with the firm's insurance renewal process
  • Supporting the Risk Operations Manager in developing, streamlining and finding efficiencies in current processes
  • Supporting on new supplier registration requests
  • Supporting on constitutional document requests for global offices
  • Supporting on global projects and procedures
  • Supporting client-facing teams on request for proposal documents, with an ultimate aim of securing new business for the firm

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Degree or higher education preferable.
  • Experience in an international law firm preferable but not required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professional competence, rigour and judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident and credible when dealing with internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of matters and pro-active in finding solutions.

Compensation Data
